During the 2011 the Aalto University Library will assign the collection of payments related to unreturned to the collection agency.

Collection agency sends a demand for payment to those customers who, despite of reminders, have not returned their book loans and paid related overdue fines.

We will inform all our customers more about this in the spring 2011.
