Aalto University Library serves customers on three different campuses: Arabia, Otaniemi and Töölö. The former libraries of University of Art and Design Helsinki, Helsinki University of Technology and Helsinki School of Economics – Helecon Information Centre serve now as Aalto University Library’s Campus Libraries.
Aalto University Library is a research library open to all visitors with vast and versatile collections of electronic and printed resources across the disciplines of the Aalto University. Aalto University Campus Libraries offer modern services both at libraries and online.

Services and Electronic Resources
All our customers are welcome to use following services:
- Basic services including home loans and facilities
- Information service carries out information searches on request and provides user training in information retrieval
- Electronic Resources provided by particular Campus Library can only be used on workstations of the Library in question
- Electronic Resources provided by Aalto University Library are accessible on workstations of all Aalto University Campus Libraries

The customer speaks, the library listens - how to make services even better
